Imperial Blue Dual Cask Gold Coin Campaign

This Imperial Blue Dual Cask Gold Coin Campaign” is being organized by Pernod Ricard India Pvt. Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Atelier, No.10, Level 1, Worldmark 2, Aerocity, New Delhi – 37 (“PRI”), in association with/ through its partner agency, VMS events Pvt Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at H-57, Sector 63, Noida, UP – 201301 hereinafter together referred to as the “Organiser/s”.

Please read the terms and conditions of the “Imperial Blue Dual Cask Gold Coin Campaign” before participating in it (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo”). By participating/ availing this Promo, it is deemed that the participants/ customers/ consumers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Participant”) and/or Winners have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted all terms & conditions contained herein, including any/all amendment, modification, etc. made thereto without demur and shall throughout remain bound to them as under:

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions-

By participating in this Promo, Participant/s fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions available on (“T & C Website”). Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promo, subject to all requirements set forth herein.
Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promo on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.

2. Eligibility-

This promotion is open exclusively to Indian citizens aged 21 and above in the Uttar Pradesh region who meet the legal drinking age requirement.
For the Prize (as defined herein below), only those Lucky Winners who are residents of the states that they participated from shall be entitled to the Prize(s) upon submission of valid address proof to the satisfaction of the Organizers. In case any participant/winner is found to be a resident of a state other than a participating state (“Uttar Pradesh”) at the time of delivery of Prize his/her entry shall not be considered valid, and the Organizer shall be free to choose an alternate Winner from the said State of Participation. State of Participation shall be determined by presentation of any valid address proof issued by the government of India (e.g., Driving License, Voters ID, Masked Aadhar Card, or current months Electricity Bill).
Organizers’ employees, their family members, sponsors, agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and any other channel partners, including their employees or any outlet staff, bar staff and counter salesmen are not eligible to participate in the Promo. Entries received from any of the foregoing ineligible participants shall be liable to be rejected by the Organizers at any stage of the Promo without demur.
The Participant shall only be entitled to participate in the Promo, through his/her mobile number. Participation is not capped from a particular number, however multiple entries from a particular number will be considered as a single entry for the purpose of lucky draw.

3. Term of the Promo –

The Promo is open only between 20th April to 05th June2025, inclusive of both days (hereinafter “Promo Period”).
Thereafter, Organizer will not be obligated in any manner whatsoever. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that all entries beyond the Promo Period will not be considered valid for participation in the Promo.

4. How to Participate

The participation process will be communicated through communication at the outlet (via Poster, Dangler, Tent Card etc.) and other points of sale materials deployed at the selected outlets in the respective State/s.
To participate in the Campaign, Participant must scan the QR Code mentioned on these communication elements or give a missed call.
After scanning the Code or giving a missed call, consumer will receive the link with direct to a microsite where Participants must register themselves.
After that, the participant will receive a Thank you message on their registered mobile number.
Participants completing the registration on the microsite will only be considered eligible for the Campaign. In case a Participant’s age is less than the LDA as prescribed under their respective State of participation, the participation will not be considered

5. Prizes

During the Promo Period, a total of 150 Lucky Winners will be drawn from the entire pool of eligible and registered participants.
A total of 150 winners will be selected throughout the campaign, with 25 winners announced weekly, each receiving a 1-gram gold coin. The selection process will be fair and transparent, as determined by the organizing team, and their decision will be final. The gold coins are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The total 150 Lucky Winners shall be selected by way of random selection using a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor post completion of identification and verification by the Organizers to its satisfaction.
The Participants understand and agree that if they are selected as one of the total 36 Lucky Winners, they will be eligible to receive the Prize only upon completion of their identification and verification including verification of valid address proof issued by the government of India (e.g., Driving License, Voters ID, PAN, Masked Aadhar Card, or current months Electricity Bill) to the satisfaction of the Organizers.
The Lucky Winner(s) for the Prize will be contacted by the Agency for identification and verification. This shall, however, in no manner be construed as a communication for being a Winner of the Promo.

The Winner will only receive their Prize after submission of all documents to the entire satisfaction of the Organizers vide email to consumersupport@vmsevents.com 3 Days from the date of intimation of being a Lucky Winner. In case the Lucky Winner(s) does not submit his/her documents within the stipulated time-period stated hereinabove, then the Winner(s) shall not be able to claim the Prize and the said claim shall lapse automatically without any further notice to the Winner(s) in this regard.
The Lucky Winner selected by the above process after completion of the identification and verification to the satisfaction of the Organizers will be directly contacted by the Organizer on the mobile number given by the Winner at the time of registration for their details for sending via courier one Gold Coin to the Winner at their verified postal address given by the winner at the time of identification and verification. It is understood and agreed that it will the responsibility of the Winner to give the correct postal address for receiving the Prize and any issues or delays in receiving the Prize due to the Winners’ address will be the sole responsibility of the Winners and Organizers will not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
The Prize is subject to the applicable laws of India. The Prize would be delivered/ handed over to the Winner only upon proper identification and verification of the Participant to the full satisfaction of the Organizer/s. The Winner(s) shall be duly required to provide a copy of their PAN card as satisfactory proof for payment of all applicable taxes and levies and all other requisite documents required for the purposes of Visa. Payments of all applicable taxes by the Winner shall be a condition precedent before the prize is finally provided to the Winner.
In the event the Lucky Winner is not reachable after 3 attempts, his/her claim to the Prize will be forfeited and the Organizers shall be free to choose an alternate winner at their sole discretion without any further attempt to approach or contact the earlier selected Winner by the computer-generated automatic randomizer software.
The Prize shall neither be exchanged/ replaced nor redeemed for cash/ any non-monetary consideration nor is it transferable.
A Participant may participate multiple times during the Campaign Period. However, for the purposes of the randomizer all the multiple entries shall be considered as a single entry for the Prize. Further, Participant(s) can only be gratified once during the Promo Period. Participants who have previously won a Prize under the Promo should not be eligible to be gratified.

6. Personal Data Protection and Privacy

At the time of participating in this Promo, Participants hereby freely give their informed, unambiguous, and unconditional consents and authorize the Organizers to collect, during the Term of the Promo, and process certain information about the Participant including personal data (hereinafter ‘Personal Data’).
Personal Data obtained by the Organizers during the Promo shall be that data which is necessary for the conduct of the Promo and shall be applied or used to fulfil the purpose of the Promo and/ or for such other purposes as the Participant may have agreed.
Personal Data will be stored if such data is necessary for the purpose as detailed in this T&C or for such other period as the Participant may have agreed.
Terms related to collection and use of such Personal Data are set forth in the Privacy Policy which can be accessed at this link T&C Link . By participating in this Promo, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, content and updating of your Personal Data.

7. Intellectual Property:

All rights, titles, and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the Promo material(s) and in all responses received shall always vest solely and exclusively with PRI. PRI or any person or entity permitted by PRI in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future Promo, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission or payment to the Participant.
The Participants understand and acknowledge that by participating in the Campaign no rights, title or interests are conveyed to the Participants in the Trademarks and/ or IP of PRI
All material submitted in connection with the Promo (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to PRI upon submission and become the property of PRI exclusively. PRI may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of PRI.

8. General Conditions:

The Participant understands and agrees that the selected Winner(s) alone shall be entitled to the Prize, subject to all terms and conditions mentioned herein, and furnishing of correct and complete details as indicated in conditions vi & vii below (including but not limited to) in the prescribed manner and to the entire satisfaction of the Organizer/s.
The Promo will be promoted at the sole discretion of the Organizer/s.
Organizer/s will announce the selected Winner/s as per the terms set out in Clause 5 above. The Winners will be intimated on the registered mobile number from which the Participant had participated in the Promo. The decision of the management of Organizer/s in this regard shall be final & binding upon the Participant and/or the Winner(s), and the Participant/ Winner(s) hereby agree that no claims, disputes, etc. of any sort shall be raised against the Organizer/s.
The Winner(s) will receive their Prize after submission of all documents (Photo ID, Age Proof, Address proof, PAN Card, Driving License) to the entire satisfaction of the Organizers vide email to consumersupport@vmsevents.com 5 Days from the date of intimation of being a Winner. In case the Winner(s) does not submit his/her documents within the stipulated time-period stated hereinabove, then the Winner(s) shall not be able to claim the Prize and the said claim shall lapse automatically without any further notice to the Winner(s) in this regard.
The Prize is subject to the applicable laws of India. The Prize would be delivered/ handed over to the Winner only upon proper identification and verification of the Participant to the full satisfaction of the Organizer/s.
While accepting the Prize under the Promo, the Winner(s) may be required to execute an “indemnity and release of claims” form as may be provided by Organizer/s, as the case may be, which shall release the Organizer/s of all liability, loss, damage, demand, claim, etc. in connection with the Promo and the Prize contemplated under this Promo. Failure to complete and sign any documents requested by Organizer may result in disqualification of such Participant and/or Winner. Thereafter, the Organizer, at its discretion, will be entitled to choose the next winner. All decisions of Organizer shall be final in this regard.
Organizer/s is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Promo is provided on “as-it-is” basis without any warranty of any kind. Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. or any of its sponsors/ partners make no representations, and further disclaim themselves from all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind towards the Participants, Winners and/or any third party with respect to accuracy, timelines, completeness, merchantability, or fitness of the Promo.
Organizer/s shall provide the Prize on “as-it-is” basis without any warranty or guarantee (whether express or implied) regarding the Prize covering its quality, suitability, merchantability, or its fitness. The Organizer/s, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. disclaims itself from all liabilities, including but not limited to, those arising due to any deficiency/ defect in the Promo and/or prize and for any consequential damages/ losses arising with respect to the Promo and/or the prize.
Organizer/s reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the prize Winner if the number of entries submitted for the Promo is not up to the logistical satisfaction of Organizer. Decision of Organizer/s in this regard shall be final & binding, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
All rights, title, and interest, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights in the Promo and/or any other promotional material(s) shall always vest solely and exclusively with PRI. In connection with the Promo, the Organizer/s or any person or entity permitted by the Organizer/s shall be entitled to use personal details of Participant and/or Winners such as names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, etc. for any media promotions, marketing activity, publicity and likewise purposes. By voluntarily participating in the Promo, Participant and/or Winner(s) hereby waive off all their rights to claim royalty, remuneration or legally challenge due to any such use of their personal details by the Organizer/s.
Organizer reserves its right to change, defer, alter, or cancel this Promo in part or full, or change any or all terms and conditions of the Promo, without giving any prior intimation/ notice of any kind. Further, it shall not be liable for any consequential losses/ damages to any Participant and/or Winners in this regard. Decision of the Organizer in general, and with respect to this Promo in particular shall be full, final, binding, and non-contestable upon the Participant and/or the Winners.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Organizer to conduct further likewise Promo or schemes.
Under no circumstance the Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. shall be liable to the Participant, Winners and/or any third party for any loss of profits or lost opportunity, or for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Organizer has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. The Participant/ Winners specifically agree not to file and/or initiate in person or through any family member or through any third party, any criminal and/or civil proceedings/ complaints/ applications in any courts or forum in India against Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. to claim any damages for any losses or seek relief in connection with the Promo and/or the prizes. The Participant/ Winners specifically agree that Organizer, its affiliates, its group companies, their employees, officers, directors, or any other person and/or sponsors shall not be responsible for any claims/ liabilities/ losses (including legal fees) arising out of and in relation to any injury/ damage/ harm/ loss/ death/ mental or emotional trauma suffered by the Participant or prize Winners in any manner whatsoever in connection with the Promo and/or the prizes.
Organizer/s is empowered to take a decision in case of any conditions, circumstances and scenarios beyond these terms and conditions of the Promo.
The Promo and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Promo and/or prizes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only. The Promo shall be deemed void wherever prohibited by law.

Organizer’s liability at any point in time shall not exceed the value of the Prize.

The Campaign will be promoted at the sole discretion of the Organizer/s.
Organizer/s will announce the selected Lucky Winner as per the terms set out in Clause 5 and 6 above. The Lucky Winner will be intimated on the registered mobile number from which the Participant had participated in the Campaign. The decision of the management of Organizer/s in this regard shall be final & binding upon the Participant and/or the Lucky Winner, and the Participant/ Lucky Winner(s) hereby agree that no claims, disputes, etc. of any sort shall be raised against the Organizer/s.

In case the Lucky Winner(s) does not submit his/her documents within the stipulated time-period stated hereinabove, then the Lucky Winner(s) shall not be able to claim the Prize and the said claim shall lapse automatically without any further notice to the Winner(s) in this regard.

The Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Campaign and/or Prizes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only. The Campaign shall be deemed void wherever prohibited by law.

The Organizer’s liability, under any circumstances, shall be strictly limited to the value of the Prize awarded to a Lucky Winner under this Campaign. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses exceeding the total value a Prize.
